Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service are a contract between you and GSS Digital LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. “We” and “us” refer to GSS Digital LLC.

You accept these Terms when you purchase, open or use one of our products. If you do not accept them, do not use the products.

2. Our products

We create and sell digital products, which include:

• Web applications and SaaS tools
• Online courses and learning programs made of lessons, videos and study material
• Libraries of digital content such as guides, articles and classes
• Planning and productivity tools, among them planners, checklists, dashboards and trackers
• Interactive info-apps that join content, exercises and progress records

All products are delivered over the internet once payment has been confirmed. We do not ship physical goods.

3. Who can use them

You must be at least 18 years old to buy our products. Someone younger may use a product only with the agreement and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

When a product has a login, you are responsible for:

• Registering with correct information and keeping it current
• Keeping your password and access link to yourself
• Letting us know quickly if someone else may have used your account

A purchase or account belongs to a single person. A person who buys for a company or organization declares that they are authorized to bind it to these Terms.

4. Paying for a product

What you see at checkout

Before you confirm, the checkout page shows the price, any taxes that apply and whether the product is a single payment or a subscription.

Single payment

You pay once and can use the product for as long as we continue to offer it. Before retiring a product sold this way, we send an email notice at least 30 days ahead.

Subscription

You pay at the start of each monthly or yearly period. The subscription renews by itself until it is cancelled, and by subscribing you allow us and our payment provider to charge the payment method on file at every renewal. Before a yearly renewal, we email you a reminder.

Price changes

We can change the price of a subscription with at least 30 days’ notice. The new price starts at your next renewal, which leaves you time to cancel first if you prefer.

Payment providers

Independent providers process all payments. We never see or keep your complete card number.

5. Cancelling and refunds

A subscription can be cancelled at any moment. Email gss-digital.support@gmail.com from the address you bought with, or use the account settings if the product has them. Cancelling ends future charges, and you keep access until the period already paid for runs out.

For 7 days after a purchase, you can ask for all of your money back. The Refund Policy gives the complete rules and is part of these Terms.

6. Rules of use

You agree that you will not:

• Use a product to break the law or to violate another person’s rights
• Post or transmit material that is illegal, abusive, defamatory or deceptive
• Attempt to enter our systems, or anyone else’s data, without authorization
• Decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer our software, unless the law gives you that right
• Run scrapers, bots or other automation against our products without written consent from us
• Interfere with our servers or try to overload them
• Lend, share, resell or redistribute your access or any of the content

7. Ownership and license

GSS Digital LLC or its licensors own the software, lessons, texts, designs, logos and every other part of the products. Copyright and other intellectual property laws protect them.

Buying or subscribing gives you a license to use the product while your access lasts. The license is limited, non-exclusive and cannot be transferred, and it covers your personal use or the internal use of your business. It does not let you copy, alter, resell or publish the product or its content, or use our name or logos, unless we agree in writing.

8. What you put in

Anything you write or upload in a product remains yours. You allow us to store, process and show it, for the sole purpose of providing the product to you.

9. Availability, support and changes

Our aim is for the products to be available around the clock, but interruptions can happen and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. When maintenance is planned and likely to affect you, we announce it beforehand.

Customer service is provided by email, as explained on the help page, with replies normally sent within one business day.

Products evolve, and we may add, change or remove features. A subscription product is closed only after active subscribers have had at least 30 days’ notice, and any period paid in advance that falls after the closing date is refunded.

10. Not professional advice

The purpose of our products is education, planning and organization. Their content is general information. It is not medical, legal, financial or any other professional advice, and it cannot take the place of a qualified professional when your circumstances require one. Decisions you take using the content are your own.

11. Our responsibility to you

We supply the products with reasonable skill and care. Apart from what these Terms state and what the law imposes, the products are offered “as is” and “as available”, with no additional warranty.

As far as the law permits, we do not answer for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost data. Our total responsibility for any claim about a product is capped at what you paid us for that product during the 12 months before the claim arose.

12. Claims caused by misuse

If a third party makes a claim against us because you used a product unlawfully or in breach of these Terms, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and losses we suffer from that claim, as far as the law permits.

13. Ending access

You are free to stop using a product whenever you wish. We may suspend or close your access when:

• These Terms are broken seriously or more than once
• There are solid grounds to suspect fraud or illegal activity
• An amount due has not been paid
• A law or a court requires it

Whenever we can, we warn you first and give you an opportunity to put things right. Once access has ended, your personal data is treated as the Privacy Policy describes.

14. Updates to these terms

These Terms may be revised. The date at the top identifies the version in force. For an important revision, we give notice by email or on this website at least 30 days before it applies.

A revision never reaches back in time. If you disagree with it, you may cancel before it applies. Continuing to use a product after that date means the revised Terms apply to you.

15. Law and disputes

Have a complaint? Email gss-digital.support@gmail.com before anything else. We will make a genuine effort to settle it within 30 days, and most matters are settled much sooner.

The laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, govern these Terms. A dispute we cannot settle together goes to the state or federal courts in Wyoming.

Consumers also keep every protection given by the mandatory law of the country or state where they live, including the right to take a claim to their local courts when that law provides it.

16. Other terms and contact

• Whole agreement. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy together are the full agreement between you and GSS Digital LLC regarding the products.
• Partial invalidity. If a court sets aside one part of these Terms, the other parts continue to apply.
• No waiver. Choosing not to enforce a term once does not prevent us from enforcing it later.
• Assignment. In a merger or sale, we may pass our rights and duties under these Terms to the new company, as long as your rights are not diminished.
