GSS Digital LLC

Privacy Policy

Here you can read which personal data GSS Digital LLC handles when you visit this website or use one of our products, what we do with it, who else receives it and what rights you have.

In effect since October 8, 2026

1. About this policy

This policy is published by GSS Digital LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. In it, “we” and “us” mean GSS Digital LLC.

We decide how and why the personal data described here is used. Under laws that use the term, that makes us the data controller. Section 12 shows how to contact us.

2. The data we handle

Data you provide

  • Identification: name and email address, plus a password when the product has a login
  • Orders: what you bought, when, for how much, and what is needed to produce your receipt
  • Messages: the emails you send to customer service and any files attached to them
  • Your activity in a product: notes, answers, lesson progress and anything else you enter

Data about payments

Card and payment details are entered on the systems of independent payment providers. Your full card number never reaches us and is not stored by us. The provider tells us the result of the payment, the amount, the card brand and its last four digits.

Data recorded automatically

  • IP address, and the city or region it points to
  • Browser, operating system, device type and language
  • Which pages were opened, when, and what was done inside a product
  • Technical logs used for security and for finding faults

Data we do not want

We have no need for sensitive data, for example information about your health, beliefs, political opinions or official identity documents. Please leave it out of your messages and out of any open text field in our products.

3. Why we use it

Each use of personal data has a purpose. Where the law asks for a legal basis, as it does in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Brazil, the basis is shown in the last column.

Your data is not for sale. We never sell, rent or exchange personal data, and we do not pass it to advertisers or data brokers.

4. Messages from us

We send two kinds of email:

  • Emails about your purchase: order confirmation, receipt, access instructions, billing notices and notices of important changes to our policies. They are needed to provide the service, so they continue while you have a purchase or an account with us.
  • Promotional emails: news about products and special offers. You receive them only if you opted in, and you can opt out with the link in any of these emails or by writing to us.

5. Who receives your data

Personal data is passed only to companies that provide a service to us, and only the data that service requires:

  • Payment providers, to charge you, prevent fraud and issue receipts
  • Hosting and cloud providers, to store data and keep this website and our products online
  • Email services, to deliver the emails described in section 4
  • Google Fonts, which supplies the fonts shown on this website

When you open a page of this website, the hosting provider and Google Fonts receive your IP address and basic details about your browser.

Data may also be disclosed if a law, court or authority requires it, if it is needed to investigate fraud or defend our rights, or if the business is merged or sold. A new owner would be bound by this policy.

6. Where data is processed

GSS Digital LLC operates from the United States. Our providers process data there and in other countries. If you are located outside the United States, your data will leave your country and be handled under laws that may be different from yours.

When the law calls for safeguards on these transfers, we use recognized ones, for example standard contractual clauses signed with the provider.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

We do not place advertising cookies on this website. The company that hosts it runs a monitoring script on each page, which measures visits and performance so the site stays available.

Inside our products, essential cookies keep you logged in and store basic settings. The products cannot work without them.

Should we start using analytics or marketing cookies, this policy will be updated beforehand and your consent requested wherever the law demands it. Your browser lets you block or erase cookies, although blocking essential ones may stop you from logging in.

8. How long data is kept

Order and payment recordsThe time required by tax and accounting rules, normally up to 7 years

9. Your rights

The law of the place where you live may give you the right to:

  • Ask whether we hold data about you and receive a copy
  • Have wrong or outdated data corrected
  • Have your data erased
  • Receive your data in a format you can take to another provider
  • Object to a particular use of your data, or ask us to limit it
  • Take back a consent you gave, such as consent to promotional emails
  • File a complaint with the data-protection authority where you live

Laws that grant these rights include the GDPR in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, the LGPD in Brazil, and the privacy laws of a number of US states.

Send your request to gss-digital.support@gmail.com. We reply within the time the applicable law sets, and never later than 30 days. To protect you, we may first ask you to prove that you are the person the data belongs to. Making a request never affects the service you receive.

10. How data is protected

Among the measures we apply:

  • Connections to this website and to our products are encrypted with HTTPS
  • Card data stays with the payment providers and is not handled by us
  • Only the people who need customer data to run the service can see it

Even so, no online service can guarantee absolute security. If an incident creates a risk for your data, you and the competent authorities will be notified as the law requires.

11. Minors

We make our products for adults, meaning people aged 18 or older. A person under 18 may use them only when a parent or legal guardian agrees and supervises. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

If you think a child has sent us personal data without that agreement, tell us at gss-digital.support@gmail.com and we will erase it.

12. Updates and contact

This policy can change when our products or the law change. The date at the top tells you which version is in force. For an important change, for example a new purpose for your data, we give notice by email or on this website at least 30 days ahead, and ask for your consent when the change depends on it.
